Gravity or no gravity, that is the question! – A question for another day as for todays app you neither need to know about Shakespeare nor about Newton, but we still will use our brain for this great game!

Engaging logic game

AntiGravity is a logic puzzle game in which you try to move the sack to the destination tagged with a flag. To solve each level you need to plan and sometimes calculate how to move the objects. You start with easy levels that are solved quickly but soon you’ll encounter more difficult ones, that keeps you guessing until the penny finally drops and you realize it wasn’t too hard to begin with. All in all the level difficulty is really balanced and moves gradually. Another great feature of the app is the soundscape and with that I mean the music and sounds. The music themes (with Credits! Props to that!) create different atmospheres and the sounds are a great addition. Both are mutable however. The controls are reacting promptly and are intuitive to use. Just click onto the object and choose its direction. Easy as that, well done!

Bring it to the next level

Since this game is such a well-rounded one, I would suggest to upgrade the graphics. Don’t get me wrong. They are great, everything works and fits with each other. I just feel that this game has the potential to look less ‘indie’ and more professional. I generally love the Indie look, but I feel like potential players would buy this app more likely for 3,09€  if it would look more ‘high end’.

Additionally, an arrow in the Help menu would be helpful. I didn’t realize that other objects are described as well when you swipe down on the screen. Therefore a small icon would be beneficial.

Lastly, a game mode in which a timer counts down the time could be a fun addition. It would be thrilling to play!
