Do you like looking around your neighborhood or new cities? What about sightseeing if there was a group of monsters running around? In “RPGLauncher” by “Llama on a Monkey Games” you’re trying to get as far as possible without being overrun by those creatures. Keep reading if you want to learn more about this brand new game.

Choose your destiny

Bouncing around

I think the game is refreshing and combining various gameplay ideas into a new experience. So, let me explain how this game works. Firstly, you are confronted with a rotating plate and two fluctuating meters. With your first tap, you choose the part of the map, where you will fly, with the second one you decide on the speed and with the third one influences the angle of your kick of. Secondly, you are being kicked to set off your flight over the monsters.

I like the cute design and enjoy the combination of depending on your luck and a jump and run. It also seemed different each round since it’s hard to stop the wheel at the same spot in a row.

Another component, which I really like is that there were no ads interrupting the game.

More, please

Even though, I really like the interactive map and that there are instructions, in the beginning, I thought that once I am flying I can’t influence the bouncing anymore because the instructions don’t explain the stomping part. I wish that this could be included since the game could feel a bit boring if you think you can’t control your avatar anymore once the actual run starts.

I also would like to see a full map or at least some part of it since it’s really hard to get the big picture when all you can see and depend on is the spinning wheel. I think that would add to the fun since the design is pretty cute.

And I would prefer a variation of the background music so that the game keeps drawing you in and motivates you to keep playing.
